The KLM Airlines Tokyo Office was excellent. The personnel were exceedingly cordial, competent, and productive. They gave me excellent advice on baggage allowance and seat selection, and they patiently assisted me in rebooking my flight because my plans unexpectedly changed. Travelers found the office to be comfortable and well-organized. They provided prompt service and communicated well in both Japanese and English, which I really enjoyed. Knowing that there is such dependable help in the area is comforting.
